Location

Nelson Alexander Tractors is located at 88 Gloverstown Road, off the A6 mid-way between Toome and Randalstown in County Antrim, Northern Ireland. The A6 is part of the main route from Belfast to the North West.

Visitors from outside Northern Ireland arriving via Belfast International Airport or Belfast City Airport should make prior arrangements with us for the trip to Gloverstown Road. We are situated less than ten miles from Belfast International Airport and 40 minutes from Belfast City Airport.

Visitors from Coleraine, Ballymoney and Ballymena should take the A26 south and join the M22 motorway (towards Randalstown and Toome) and travel to the end of the M22, which links to the A6. Gloverstown Road turns off the A6 to the right approximately 1 mile from the end of the motorway – and about 300 metres after a distinctive tall red brick chimney on the same side of the road.

Visitors from Belfast should travel along the M2 and M22 (then follow instructions above).

Visitors from North and Mid Down – Bangor, Newtownards, Downpatrick, etc. – should travel via Belfast and M2/M22 motorways.

Visitors from South Down – Bangridge and Newry – or those coming from the Republic of Ireland via the M1 (Dublin-Dundalk) – may choose to travel either via the A1 to Belfast or avoid the city by joining the M1 at Sprucefield and taking the A26 from the Moira junction of the motorway (Junction 9).

Visitors from Lurgan and Portadown should travel via the M1 Motorway and take the A26 north from the Moira roundabout.

Visitors from from Armagh, Dungannon, Enniskillen and Omagh – should travel to Toome via Cookstown (A29/A31). Gloverstown Road is off the A6 (to the left) 4 1/2 miles outside Toome, going towards Randalstown (330 metres past the Jet filling station). The road is marked by a church sign.

Visitors from the West of Ireland will choose the most direct route to Toome via Cookstown – either through Enniskillen-Omagh or through Monaghan, Armagh and Dungannon.

Visitors from the Northwest – Donegal, Londonderry, Limavady, etc., should travel via the A6 to Toome.
